Is there a supported Jabber listener fo JIRA?

Question

We'd like to get Jabber notifications from JIRA, but only found this plugin

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jira.ext.jabbernotifier.jabber

which is not compatible with our JIRA instance (6.2.2).

Anyone uses Jabber with a recent JIRA version?

unknown · Answer

Thanks for the ide, but unfortunately it won't work. We use a hosted JIRA which is deliberately not visible from outside, so Zapier or any other tunneling service will not work.

Hi Laszio,

Looks like Zapier (https://zapier.com/zapbook/jabber/jira/) might be able to help you with that.

;)
