Image display in PDF not working when exported

Question

I have not been getting answers for my question. Please see the link below. http://kb.printaudit.com/display/PD/Upgrading+Print+Director+to+PCS+Director

When exported to PDF, one of the images in step 2 does not display in PDF. While all other images appear. Cab you please reply and give a fix

Hello Rahul, this appears to be a matter of image encoding or its size, if you are able to open the image in a editor such as Gimp change its encoding, or even the image format and size, that should do the trick.
