I have created an HR service portal using JSM https://udismita1.atlassian.net/ but unable to find the project now. can anyone help?

in Atlassian admin (User management) are you granted the Agent role?
And if in Jira Settings you access the Spaces option, it the project there?You will need to add yourself to the administrator and/or Service Desk Team role on the project
