I've been experiencing a huge delay in the execution of automations all day. This also happens when accessing the support website. Everything seems to work fine when performing actions manually (labels, members, fields, etc.). I'd like to know if anyone else is experiencing this. Thanks

You are definitely not alone! Several users have been reporting similar "sluggishness" with Trello/Jira Automation and the Atlassian support pages over the last few hours.

Since manual actions (like labels and members) are working fine, it indicates that the core board database is healthy, but the Automation Engine (Butler) and the Atlassian Identity/Support services are struggling with a backlog or a regional API delay.

Here is what you can do to track this:

Check the Official Status Page: Keep an eye on atlassian.status.page or trello.status.page. Often, there is a slight delay between users feeling the lag and the official "Incident" being posted.

The "Execution History" Check: Go to your Automation > Activity tab. If you see "Scheduled" or "Queued" statuses for your rules, it confirms the automation server is backed up.

Avoid "Spamming" Triggers: If an automation doesn't fire immediately, try to avoid clicking the button or triggering the rule multiple times. This can sometimes lead to a "command storm" once the system catches up, potentially hit your command limits.

Regional Issue? Sometimes these delays are specific to certain AWS regions. If you are using a VPN, try switching your location to see if the support site or automation engine responds faster.
