Hi all,
Wouldn´t it be very sufficient if you could ask rovo to search in natural language directly for one space directly e.g. on the landing page of a knowledge base space? No running to another place - no limiting of search surrounding manually.
We created a feature request for that and would be very happy, if you could support us - I assume, that would help quite a lot of users - as well in your team.
So feel free to have a look into the feature request and vote 😉[ROVO-638] Request to embed Rovo Chat, or a natural language search widget into Confluence landing page - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.
Kind regards,Martina
Hello Martina, forgive me if I'm asking maybe I misunderstand your need here but isn't this feature already available on every Confluence page through the Rovo button ?
Kind regardsAndrei
@Andrei Eleodor Sirbu You are right, you have this option. But in fact for users who don´t work regularly with Confluence - just consume information, this is not a really good option. It is not on the top, it is not to see on first sight, you can search for something (it´s complete ROVO and it directly asks you to prompt something. Some users are afraid of this.) AND it is not restricted to this single space. So my feature request goes to a specified direction. -> Search in one single space in natural language. Easy to find and to use.Kind regards,Martina
Hi Martina, I think that's a great feature request to bring visibility to Rovo chat. In my org, users do not notice the buttons on the bottom right because they do not use any of those icons for their work.
Incidentally, some of my users who use Confluence every day thought that the Attachments screen was disabled after it was moved from the top-right menu to the bottom right . We've had a lot of success with using embedded macros to make tools more accessible for our broadest audience--adding Rovo to that stack makes a lot of sense.
Great feature request @Martina Guth
I am managing an Atlassian Knowledgebase and people using Rovo in that space will - per default - get answers from Atlassian's support docs rather than my knowledgebase. That is fine for some cases, but there is a reason why I have a whole Confluence space on company specifics :D
