How do I gain access to confluence

Question

I am using code puppy, and I wanted it to run some D40 reports for me. The program tried to access confluence, but it said authentication failed.  How do I gain access?

You will need to contact the owners of the specified Confluence instance to request access.

Here we are a user community, where we use our own instances of the Atlassian products. We are not the administrators of everybody's Atlassian instances.
