how do i access my old account

Question

I've managed to open 2 accounts for one email address. I'd like access to the older, more established one with 10 boards and many cards. But everytime i try it takes me the newer one where there is nothing on there. Can someone please help? I am hoping that Trello can see two accounts in my email address name, close one and help me access the other. The email address is yarka@actionyouraccounts.co.uk. If there is another way - please let me know. Thank you

If it was another email it would be yarka@redmonkeyaccounting.co.uk

I haven't saved any links to Trello boards :(

I would hate to start again but if it is lost I will. Thank you

I’ve taken a look at the account you mentioned, and I can confirm that only one account can exist per email address. On this account, I see just one Trello board created in 2025.

However, you mentioned there are 10 Trello boards linked to your account. Could you please confirm if you might have used another email address—perhaps your personal email—to access Trello? If so, please try logging in with that email.

Additionally, if you could share a link to one of the boards (out of the ten you mentioned), I can check which account it is linked to and help you further.
