Yesterday, all my planner tasks abruptly turned BRIGHT PINK. How do I change that?

It is so bright, it's hard to look at for long. Is there anywhere to adjust or change them?
I was really hoping there would be a solution to this by now. I have resorted to using dark mode, which helps, but why can't we change the color?
