Can not log in

I had a Trello account, but I logged in with my Google account. Now I opened the app and saw that it said "sign in." I don't know why. When I tried to log in with my Google account, as usual, I saw the message "register." In other words, my account no longer exists. (https://trello.com/u/anastasiat43/boards). I tried logging in again and again, but the app prompts me to register. I lost all my important information that wasn't backed up and was stored only in Trello. And to answer your question right away, there is no error; I logged in with my Google account. What's going on? I trusted your app with important data, and now I deeply regret it.

Thank you! Yes, my account exists — I was able to log in. Atlassian is fine, the account is there, and I’ve regained access. However, when I try to log in to the Trello app or via the website, it prompts me to create a new account. How can I access the app?

Hi!

Don't panic — your account most likely still exists. The fact that your profile URL (trello.com/u/anastasiat43/boards) is still accessible is a good sign that your data hasn't been deleted.

Try logging in through Atlassian directly. Trello now uses Atlassian accounts. Go to https://id.atlassian.com and try signing in with your Google account there. Your Trello account may be linked to an Atlassian account that needs to be accessed this way.

If the above doesn't work, this is an account access issue that only Atlassian (Trello's parent company) can resolve. Submit a request at https://support.atlassian.com/ — include your profile URL and the Google email you used.

Your data is almost certainly still there — this looks like a login/authentication issue, not data loss.
