Changing the JIRA ID in SUBVERSION Repository

Has there been any changes with changing the JIRA ID in subversion without having to re-index? We are still on Jira 5.2.4.1

I am assuming you are talking about the subversion plugin verses fisheye or subversion plus. With the subversion plugin, you will need to reindex completely.
