How can I get customers on ServiceChannel?

Question

I am a commercial HVAC contractor.

My ServiceChannel profile is 100% complete, compliant, active, and visible, but I am not receiving any work orders.

My questions are:

* How do clients add vendors to their Source List?
* Is there any official way to contact clients (Facilities / Procurement) instead of just waiting for an invitation?
* Are there specific actions that actually increase the chances of receiving work orders?

Looking for clear guidance from people with real ServiceChannel experience.

I'm guessing we're talking about Jira Service Management Help Center/portal here?
If so, here are some official articles that can help in setting up permissions:

* Set up and manage portal access 
* Invite customers to your help centers and portals

If you meant something else by "ServiceChannel experience," could you share more details on how you've currently set this up and what seems to be the issue?
