I have 65 users and in the current sprint view with swimlanes, I have one user that starts with a "C" that shows up on top before the "A". How can I reorder them alphabetically?

The swimlane types which allow ordering are queries and epics. For user swimlanes the only option you can configure is whether the unassigned swimlane to appear above or below the other swimlanes.

But why are all of the other users in alphabetical order and this user isn't? is there a setting or data issue for this user that caused it to be out of order?
Are you sure that the user's name(or the starting part of it) is not in another locale (e.g. Cyrillic C)?
