Zephyr : Created a test but unable to add to test cycle

Hi

I've created a test (fill in all the details ), i then go to "more actions" and select "add to test cycle" . Select version and test cycle, click Add.

At this stage i get an error. Error..Error Adding Issue to Cycle

i am also unable to create a new test cycle within the project, i fill in the details and get a red bar staying error

Any clues or help

Zephyr service got restarted and updated. Once this had been done everything started to work again.
