Cannot disable 2 factor authentication

I am trying to disable 2 factor authentication for my account becauswe I want to move to a different authenticator app.

Whenever I click "confirm" to disable 2FA, an error message pops up and I am told to contact Altassian Support. The 2FA remains enabled.

Hello @Paul Sexton 

Did you try other troubleshooting stuff like clearing the cache and starting in the incognito mode? Also, what do you see from your browser development console (press F12 and go to Console), any errors?
