I’m a Product Manager on Jira, and I’m looking to chat with a few admins about how you configure the work item creation experience. Your feedback will help shape ideas we’re exploring to make work creation faster and easier in Jira.

About as vague as jira admin guidance is !!!

Do you mean Work Item creation from the customer raising a ticket.....OR {as I suspect}.....Work Item creation from an Admin Perspective.....

For a start - Default should be the ability to have templates to apply across projects as standard.

- Context templates
- Required Field - required - set as global or projects selected as mandatory (ensures standards)
