How to delete teams created by accident - I'm a beginner

Cesar Alonso Velasquez Caycho

Hi friends,

When I started creating my Confluence page, I accidentally created teams, and these teams cannot be deleted no matter how hard I try. Can you help me? I am sharing an image showing the teams I want to delete.

Thank you very much.

Hello @Cesar Alonso Velasquez Caycho ,

Welcome to community

We understand you want to delete the extra sites that was created by  accident.

Here is the steps : https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-cloud/kb/reset-and-delete-all-data-from-your-cloud-site/

But if you unable to do so please reach out to billing support and they can cancel on their behalf : https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing?redirectSource=sac-wac-redirect#/
