Reopen counter gadget

Hi,

How can i add a gadget that shows the issues that were reopened once or more than once?

knowing that i have the Jira Enhancer Plugin installed that counts the reopen counter.

I would be really interested if there's an alternative method to the Jira Enhancer Plugin.
