Are the emails Trello telling you that your account has been inactive for two years legit?

I got an email telling me that my account will be deleted if I don’t sign in. What are valid email addresses and what would the email look like if legit? Is this legit?

@Vaatiwithblue - can you share what the sender's name and email are, please?

Can you also share a screenshot of the email?

Since this is a public forum, I'd crop or obfuscate any personal information (like your email address) if it's visible on the email.
