Activity Stream counts days wrong - anyone else with the same problem?

The red line indicates where dates are actually from the day before yesterday.

(i) The timezone is set correct:

JIRA: Default user time zone System default: (GMT+01:00) Berlin

USER: Time Zone: JIRA default (GMT+01:00) Berlin

SERVER: Current default time zone: 'Europe/Berlin'

Edit: As stated in the comment below:
It seems, that every issue, that is not from today and not older than 48 hours is considered to be from "yesterday"

For Jira the day seems to change between 12:00 and 14:00

Now the above issues are all dislayed as from Tuesday.

timezone
