Request for admin account access recover

Question

My boss has lost access to his account. He doesn't remember the email or the password. when he tries to log in its sending a 6 widget Code to a email he doesn't have.

Account info is for [NAME] [USERNAME]

Other members are myself [NAME] [USERNAME] and [NAME] [USERNAME].

Our new address is [ADDRESS]  / Phone number [PHONE NUMBER].

We kindly request guidance on verifying ownership and restoring admin access.

Thank you for this.   My boss is the owner of the account. So if we create a new account does that mean just make him a diffent user or we have to create a brand new account for all of us to us?   He only used this one every 4-5 months so our office staff and sales staff uses this daily but he needs access so we can shut it down. Can i just create a new User and make them the admi or assign another member as the owner / admin

You can recover the account by following the directions here https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/recovering-your-trello-account/

If the email address is no longer valid, then it would be best to create a new account
