How to find issues in more than one fix or affected version

Is there a way to list issues with more than one fix or affected version in JQL.

Kind of count(fixVersion) > 3

I believe that this is unavailable for now. There is still a similar issue on the List of suggested JQL improvements which is still open: JRA-25901

I can see this being a very important query for people to have. It's currently blocking me and the unfortunate part is there's no easy fix or alternative queries for this.
