Fields not in other board

We have multiple boards..and the fields are not showing in the other boards? Also, There is an issue with it saying I am not an admin?

Easiest way would be to copy a card with all the custom fields to the destination board. More details here https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/using-custom-fields/
