Create a link to "create blog post" with specific label(s)

Hi,

I would like to make it easier for my users to create blog posts by creating a "new blog post" link on the blog page which points to a new blog post with a specific label. What is the easiest way of doing this? Is there a url parameter that I can set for the link?
