Trello / Gmail is showing as installed but no right side bar visible with Trello ion desktop browser

Hello,

Have installed the Trello plug-in on Gmail; I am supposed to see a panel on the right on my inbox, when I open individual emails.

I do not see anything. I presume this feature is available for Free tier users as well.

Please advise on what is wrong, or what we are doing wrong. My colleague and I have the same problem

After a few iterations I was able to set it up. Logging into Trello via gmail took time...easier on Chrome, than my default browser (Safari on OS)

Now logged into Trello via both browsers.

Thank you...yes, I now find it.

But trying to log in just shows buffering; second/third time I am trying to do so (via my email account associated with Trello: ram@theindiaforum.in)

(Same problem when I try on iOS, with the Gmail app and Trello app installed. Trello doesn't log in...)

You have to click on bottom right in Gmail to see the side panel and then install the Trello Add-on https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/trello-for-gmail-add-on/
