How in the world do you get in touch with an actual human to discuss a problem on the platform???

Start by actually paying for it! 😉

I have had premium for years. Trying to combine accounts. Even when I was a premium member, I could never get anyone on the phone. I want to upgrade again but can't until they combine the log ins.
