I have specific status types in my workflow that we use to communicate. But when I put a workitem in one of these status types it disappears from the plan. The status types are * Resolved (shows in plan) * Validation (does not show in plan) * Validation complete (does not show in plan) * Closed (shows in plan) How do I get ALL my status to show in my plan (unless specifically filtered out)

Hmm - I'll try that. and let you know. I'm also asking my Jira admin to confirm that there isn't anything unique about how the Validation and Validation complete states are setup since I know I had to add them later.

Hi @Sally Lopez _CSB014_ It might be related to the order of the status in the board column, what happens is you set "Validation" above "Resolved"? If this is the case, this would be a bug. To double test this, add a new column on the board and map "Validation" status to that column.
