unable to access my Jira site

Question

Hi everyone,

I’m currently unable to access my Jira site

When I try to open it, the page keeps loading and eventually shows this message:

I’ve tried refreshing, using incognito mode, and clearing cache, but the issue persists.

Note:
- I've tried accessing the admin.atlassian.com link, but it only leads me to the “Create Organization” page, so it seems like I don’t have access to an existing one.
- Is it possible that my Jira project board was deleted? If so, is there a way to see who deleted it and possibly recover it?
- I asked the community, but it hasn’t been solved yet

It looks like you no longer have access to the organization, or the project may have been deleted. If you don't see an existing organization on admin.atlassian.com, contact your site or domain administrator—only they can confirm or restore a deleted project.
