Can't add a list on my board

Question

I created a new board that is shared and there isn't an "add a list" on the board. The board is blank.

I think it's a bug but I can't even submit a bug report so I'm at a loss. Anyone have similar issues?

Could you please try accessing the board in incognito mode to see if the "Add a list" option appears?
