Actually, I am using JIRA 7.0.10 version & I want to upgrade JIRA version 7.1 or 7.2.So, please let me know what are the Technical changes are in 7.1 & 7.2

Er, your question says you are using JIRA 7.1 and you want to upgrade it to 7.1.  There's no changes between those two versions.
