Unable to log in - no code in authenicator app and can't remember emergency key

Question

I have returned from extended leave and went to log into my work Trello account, but I no longer have an authenticator app on my phone to get a code. I also have no recollection or record of an emergency recovery key.

I have searched endlessly to find a way to get back into my account (@katie_clayburn) but have been unable to find a solution. Logged into my personal Trello to ask this question  - how can I get back into my work account or is it impossible!?

Password isn't the issue unfortunately. Even if I do try to reset it, I'm then directed to the verification code.
