This is solved for usWe actually had to downgrade to slightly older bitbucket docker image 9.0Looks like latest tag (10.*) is not supported by bitbucket cloud migration assistanthttps://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1226610/bitbucket-cloud-migration-assistant?tab=overview
