Unlock the Power of Atlassian Teamwork Graph — 6 New Connectors by Pio Software

Hakan Bahadir _Pio_

👋 Hello Atlassian Community!

Atlassian’s new Teamwork Graph creates a unified data layer across Atlassian products, powering Rovo AI with connected knowledge and context. But to make Teamwork Graph useful, it needs data from the tools your teams already rely on.

That’s why we at Pio Software are proud to launch 6 new connectors for Teamwork Graph — now available on Atlassian Marketplace 🚀

🔗 The New Connectors

• ☁️ AWS Connector → Cloud documents

• 📈 Salesforce Connector → Company & Deal data

• 📚 GitBook Connector → Accounts, Opportunity and Ticket data

• 💼 HubSpot Connector → Product & technical documentation

• 💡 Helpjuice Connector → Knowledge base articles

• ✅ ClickUp Connector → Tasks related data

⚙️ How It Works (for all Pio Connectors)

Each connector follows the same simple process:

1. Install from Atlassian Marketplace

2. Add the Connector in Rovo Admin → Connectors

3. Provide Credentials (API token or access key)

4. Verify Connection with one click

5. Schedule Syncs (hourly or daily, plus optional manual sync)

6. Search & Use in Confluence/Rovo → Data is indexed in minutes, making it discoverable and usable by Rovo

🔑 Shared Key Features

• 🔐 Secure Authentication — encrypted credential handling on Atlassian Forge

• 🎯 Custom Filtering — choose only the data you want to sync

• ⏱️ Configurable Sync — automated hourly/daily scheduling

• 🖱️ Manual Control — trigger sync instantly when needed

• 🔍 Unified Search — make data available in Confluence search

🚀 Benefits Across All Connectors

• 📂 Break down silos → Bring doc, deal, customer organization, and task related data into Teamwork Graph

• 🕒 Save time → No more manual lookups across different tools

• 🤖 Smarter answers → Rovo AI leverages more context for richer insights

• 🌍 Single source of truth → Always up-to-date, unified knowledge inside Atlassian’s ecosystem

📋 Prerequisites (General)

• An active account in the external system (AWS, Salesforce, HubSpot, GitBook, Helpjuice, or ClickUp)

• Rovo admin permissions to add and configure connectors

• A valid API token or access key

⚡ With these connectors, your customer data, documentation, and tasks become first-class citizens in Atlassian’s ecosystem — searchable, synchronized, and actionable.

Great work on these new connectors! I’d love to see a Jira Service Management connector next to further enrich the Teamwork Graph.
