Feature request: Visibility and categorization of Rovo agents

Hi everyone,

I’d like to suggest a feature enhancement for Rovo agents. Currently, whenever an agent is created, it becomes visible to all users across the organization. While this is useful in some cases, there are scenarios where it would be valuable to have more control over visibility.

For example:

• Agents visible only to the creator (for personal tasks and experiments).
• Agents visible to a specific group of users (team-level agents).
• Agents visible organization-wide (as it works today).

This flexibility would avoid cluttering the shared agent repository with personal or highly specialized agents, while still allowing useful ones to be shared at the right scope.

Additionally, it would be great to have a way to categorize agents by topic or type of task. Categories would make it easier to navigate and organize the growing list of agents within a company.

Is this something on the roadmap?

100% aligned with this suggestion ! It would be great also if we could vote on agents (and not only add them to our favorites), and sort them by most upvoted. Adding a tag like "Approved by organization", or something like that, to identify agents that our organization wants to promote would be also super useful.
