Jira Plan(Advanced roadmaps) - Roll-up Dates Not Working for Epics

Dates roll-up in our Jira plan broke this morning. I’m not really sure what caused it, but now I only see rolled-up dates for one Epic.

I’ve already checked the following without success:

• Plan settings (hierarchy, scheduling, timeline options)

• Issue sources and filters

• View settings (including “Show rolled-up dates”)

Despite that, most Epics don’t display rolled-up dates anymore. They worked fine before today.

As you can see, roll-up only works for the first Epic.

Would appreciate any help troubleshooting this.

Hi @Alex Dokhtiar,

Very hard to draw any conclusions based on your screenshot. The obvious first question I would ask if there are really any dates set (not derived from sprint allocation, but really formally set) on any of the child work items of your other epics.
