I’ve worked with Miro Embed in Confluence. It's good.

Hi @Kelsey Van Scoy , thanks for this.

I like an app to help recongnise contributions to the team like this one - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1224234/kudos-employee-recognition-and-rewards-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview .

Elizabeth Wiles

We use Timesheets by Tempo for time tracking and resource management.

Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_

All Slack/Microsoft Teams integration apps for JIRA, Confluence, statuspage and so on are extremely important to improve team collaboration

John Funk

Agreed on the Slack and Teams integration apps! Interested in trying the Google Forms for Confluence also.

Dan Breyen

Collaboration is a key element for a successful team, having some apps to help with that can help productivity.

Anwesha Pan

Same here for us as well on MS Teams and Slack for collaboration. 🙌

Barbara Szczesniak

To communicate across teams, I use Scroll Viewport/Scroll Sites to make our application documentation available to people outside of the dev/QA teams.

Thiago P _Atlassian Support_

Confluence is all about collaboration and teamwork! Very interested on the favorite apps =]

We heavily use the Teams and Slack integrations, almost like extension of our incident management .

Kai Krause_xx7uj7

MS Teams is heavenly used

Jason U

Slack & MS

Julia Watson-Clarke

We use the MS Teams integrations to enhance our ITSM incident management process. For example, alerts are sent to dedicated chats to warn about SLA breaches, high priority incident alerts, approval requests for PIRs etc.

Julie Kremp

Slack, Miro, Jira and Apps for Meetings now with Loom!

Marc -Devoteam-

Miro and other design or whiteboard related app. like Figma

Eric Pozzobon_55g56h

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/144/page-approval-for-confluence Helps us keep things on track and up to date, as well as making sure documents receive the proper review. Reliable documentation is a key piece of any collaborative effort.

Mohamed EM

Teams and Slack makes things way easier for collaboration.

Cornelia Jeppsson

We use the Tempo Timesheets app to track time. It helps us understand how much time is spent on maintenance, new features, support and compliance and having this data is definitely a game-changer for decision-making!

Tomislav Tobijas

It's not an app anymore, but in my previous workplace, we constructed a really cool integration between Slack and Jira by using Halp. I believe this is by far my best implementation and adoption of a new feature where devs and QA teams could 'stay in Slack' and PMs could monitor everything in Jira. We didn't receive a single negative feedback once we introduced things like opening tickets by adding an emoji or bi-directional sync of comments 😄

Like everyone here, we use Slack integrations. For brainstorming, we rely on a mix of Confluence whiteboards and our own Ideation for Confluence app. We also make extensive use of Refined sites to collaborate on content that will be published in our Help Center.

Currently, my favorites are the ones from Aura Apps (Seibert - appanvil) and K15t:

MANTRA Intranet
AURA Analytics for for Confluence
AURA Content Formatting Macros
AURA Table Filter
Scroll PDF Export for Confluence
Scroll Sites for Confluence
- Scroll Documents for Confluence
- Scroll Versions for Confluence

Jayesh Raghuvanshi_qb6277

We use Slack integrations for Alerts, people reach out to slack channel if Jira/Conf is not available
We use MS Teams for Internal Team Collaborations
We use Confluence for documentation

Wayne_Reilly

We use Miro to tag Jira and JSM tickets on a planning board. We use MS Teams but not connected to Atlassian just yet. Keen to get that going.

Vronik

We use Timesheets by Tempo for time tracking and Miro

Hi!

Confluence ofc!

Stephen.Lugton

We use Teams and Jira integration; we were using webhooks and automation to send formatted notifications to specific Teams chats / channels, but a change in company security policy has squashed that functionality so I'm looking into new ways to do that.

Reinbeaux.Leitch

We use Microsoft Teams and Lucidchart

Carol Lage

Hello there! I'm using LucidSpark for quarterly planning and they really improved their integration with Jira since last year.

Great thread @Kelsey Van Scoy. Love the topic!

Tables: Simple Table — grouping, subtotals, calculated columns and CSV/Excel/JSON import — all inside Confluence.
Metadata: Communardo Metadata — structured page metadata for filtering and search.
Approvals: AppFox Approvals — built-in approval workflows and state management on pages.
Stats / Reporting: Midori — dashboards and metrics for usage and data roll-ups.
Document versioning: Scroll Documents (K15t) — version control, variants and release management for docs.

JXL - Sheets is a nice tool for users that want to keep their work items like Excel sheets but enable the power of Jira's collaboration
