Why Rovo isn't enabled on Atlassian Partner Portal?

Atlassian Partner Portal has tons of informationfor Solution, Marketplace and Training Partners. Considering all the pages and blog posts, it quite often hard to find something in there. Why isn't Rovo enabled on that site?
