our teammate's account has been deactivated suddenly and I as the trello board admin can't invite him again. and I find no place in Trello to re-activate this account. right now he can't access into the trello to check the board. any useful tips to solve this problem would be highly apprecated.
It could be that user's account has been deactivated by their company's IT admin. They would need to reactivate it.
