How can I translate Yes/No in french in the Knowledge base survey plugin?
If you get the InProduct Translation for Confluence add-on you can do this. Swicth on translation mode by going to you profile picture and click on Switch on Translations. Then hover over the yes (don't click) till the "Translate this" button shows up. Then click the translate button and make your translation. Do the same for the no button as well.

Hi Davin, thanks a lot for this tip but it doesn't work for us. We are a french university who must propose french language by default. It should be easy to change thoses two words in the code I guess.
