Please help.
All of our custom fields have disappeared from our card and I can no longer see the custom fields button that would allow me to add additional custom fields.
Custom field is a paid feature. Could it be that you cancelled your subscription or moved the card to a board that is not in a paid workspace?
Hi, we have a premium workspace and everything is up to date. We use one premium workspace and therefore contains all of our boards. All of our boards are not showing our previously added custom fields and the custom fields button is not showing on the trello cards. Please would it be possible for someone to have a look into our account.
