All my boards have disappeared!

Question

I was signed out of my Trello desktop app and when I signed in again, it started as a fresh empty workspace! Where have all my boards gone? I tired to sign in with google and with email and it still takes me to same place. How can I contact the support and recover my account?

If you have the board URL handy, our support team may be able to investigate further to determine whether you have two accounts or if one was accidentally deleted. @Caity, can you get in touch with support and ask them to raise a ticket on her behalf, perhaps to see what's going on? At this point, we'll be dealing with PII, and we don't want to have that in the community :)  Thanks for the help! <3

Thanks for the tips, I have recent emails from Trello to the email account I used to log in. I changed the password too and it still brings me to an empty new account. I don't have a paid subscription. I think in this mess I created a new account even I was just trying to log in. And when I click a link from old email to a board it says the board has been deleted or does not exist.
