Modify subscription email content

Question

We are looking at options to modify the content of the "Confirm your subscription" email.

Can you please let me know if there is any way to do that? I understand there is an option to "Customize Page and Emails" but not sure if that would modify the content of this the confirm your subscription email.

You're right — the "Confirm your subscription" email isn't customizable, even if you're using the "Customize Page and Emails" settings in Statuspage. That particular message is a system email and can't be changed via the admin UI or templates.

If you need this for branding or compliance, I’d suggest submitting a feature request to Atlassian Support.

You're right that there is a "Customize Page and Emails" option, but unfortunately, the content of the "Confirm your subscription" email itself is not customizable through that setting.

Currently, the "Confirm your subscription" email (often used for newsletter or blog signup confirmation) is part of Atlassian’s default system-generated messages, and its content isn’t editable via the admin UI or templates.

If customization is essential for your workflow or branding needs, I’d recommend submitting a feature request via Atlassian Support or checking if there's a relevant suggestion already posted on jira.atlassian.com where you can vote and comment.
