I want cards from one board to pull into another board if assigned to a person

I want to have multiple project boards for various projects that the team have running. I then want a different board where each team member has a to do list. 

When a card is added to a board and assigned to one of the team members, I need it to automatically populate their to do list on the other board. 

 

How do I do this?

If I understood your requirement correctly, the mirror functionality can help. As soon as a card is added to the main board, it should also be mirrored to your team member's board.
