Error when saving to board from Chrome (iPad, using the ‘share’ action)

Question

I use the ‘share’ action on the Chrome toolbar to save pages to Trello. I’m now getting an error message when I try to do this, and no amount of refreshing or trying again solves the issue.

I’ve deleted and re-installed the Trello app and I’m still having the same problem.

any ideas on how to solve this?

Copy link and paste into Trello is an aweful solution. Slows down my productivity by 3x.

i am also using the share button in chrome on my iPhone and it is not working. Can’t you fix this?

It looks like the 3rd party Chrome extension that you are using is not working. FYI, Trello is working on a new AI-native browser capture capability, which will be launching in a few months.

As an alternative for now, you could copy the page url and paste it in Trello. It will turn into a smartcard
