Bitbucket: move or use users from AzureAD instead of local directory

Hello,

i want our users to come from AzureAD instead of the local, which were created a long time ago. I already use AzureAD within Atlassian Admin and Confluence.

I have some questions:

1. How do i do that?
2. If the user is changed to AzureAD, will the repository access be changed by that?
3. Is it easier to use groups instead of induvidual access rights?
