I don’t want daily reminders going to outlook inbox. How do I stop this?

Even if you adjust your preferences there will still be some emails that will be sent. You can always setup an outlook rule to deal with this. Or you can update the email address on your Atlassian account if it is unmanaged. https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-cloud/kb/change-atlassian-account-email-addresses/
