I need to install some software for our clients to create issue tickets and send replies to them with answers. Something like what support.atlassian.com is doing. What software do you have that supports such functionalities of a Q&A + support tickets.

The short answer is "Jira". It's an issue tracker, it's an Atlassian product, and it's what runs support.atlassian.com
