How can I tell who changed the routing rule in Opsgenie?

Hi all, it looks like the routing rule may have been changed by a user but not confirmed. The team for some reason has all their team members as admins.

They'd like to know if I can find out who made the change. How would I go about this? I can see general information in the audit log, but not sure if I'm just searching for the wrong things because I can't find a "Routing to" sort of option to see it say something like "routing changed from xxx to yyy by zzz".

In case of a routing rule, you can navigate to the Team -> Activity Stream -> Check for "Updated routing rule" on the logs.

Fantastic, thanks @Nayan Pandey the link helps a lot as it allows me to tell the team to let it go and wait . And the activity stream is still available in our older opsgenie view for past items.
