Integrate IBM RTC and JIRA using Tasktop

Hi,

I am trying to integrate IBM RTC and JIRA using Tasktop . I am able to connect the RTC and JIRA Repositories in Tasktop , when i link the JIRA issue as related change request to a defect work item  It has to sync the data in JIRA , But i am not able see the Changes in JIRA . Is there any plug-in do i need to install .
