Cannot Add another collaborator

I’m trying to add one of my team members to our workspace, but I’m getting a message that the invite link might be disabled due to hitting the 10-collaborator limit. However, we’re only 9 in the workspace at the moment. Is there a way to resolve this so I can send the invite?

It could be that you have pending invites. The 10 user limit includes the pending invites. You can check on the members page. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/inviting-people-to-a-workspace/
