We have the Scriptrunner; is ist possible with Automations or Scriptrunner?

To verify: Are you using Jira Service Management? If so, you can actually do this in the workflow itself:
Apologies - this screenshot is for the Cloud version of JSM. Let me see if I can validate the same for the Data Center version.
I searched a bit, and found this previous post in the Community:

It does not appear to be natively possible, nor is there a clear workaround without using alternate apps. I wouldn't know how to do it via Scriptrunner, however in the post above there is a comment from someone who made it work using another app.
